Important announcements:

Our transformation kickoff party is this Friday January 24th at 6 PM to 9 PM. There will be food, music, and much more fun stuff.
This is encouraged for our competitors as we will be giving a lot of valuable info to you guys from 6 PM to 6:30 PM.
There will be invites going out on Facebook tonight so please RSVP if you plan on attending.

If you have the time, I recommend going through these two videos before tomorrow. We will be doing the get up as part of the workout so it'll be helpful to be familiar with it before you walk through the door.

5 Turkish Get-ups, Right arm 20 Swings 5 Turkish Get-ups, Left arm 20 Swings

We'll go over Turkish Get-ups during warm ups and you can practice them during your front squats.
