Bent Over Row


5 sets of 3-7 strict HSPU or normal Push-ups in between

10 minutes of deadlift technique (we're not going heavy here, just working technique)

5 rounds for time

5 Deadlifts

10 box jumps

15 pullups/ring rows/Australian pullups
