Lunges and Hip Thrusts earlier this week Quick post tonight guys.

We talked about this throughout class today. What is your "why?" What is that reason that will cause you to do the things you need to do in order for you accomplish your goals? Is it strong enough? Do you even know? Most likely not. We go through our lives passively. We just "go with the flow." Just like in lifting, you cannot be passive. You must become present in every single moment and take charge. Take some time and write down your why. Write down your goals. We'll be continuing to emphasize this.
