Awesome job this week guys. Some of the notable things from this week:
We learned about breathing techniques to help us increase tension and why this is important.
We learned about the hierarchy of physical development (mobility, stability, relative strength, absolute strength, conditioning, and then power).
Many of you guys started taking note of where your CNS is at and how to use this info to determine your workout.
We found our 3 min max pushups. We will be retesting this.
Some of us were able to do pushups as if it were magic (it wasn't, it was simply increasing tension).
It's going to be another great week. Let's get after it!
