Your goal is to pick a weight that feels good. Once you find that weight, you will start your sets.

Sets and reps will be determined by feel.

The determining factor for when to stop is as soon as your speed on the bar slows down. Then you will rest until you feel ready for the next set.

You will count your total number of reps and sets.

Conditioning

Complete 100 squat cleans

Every minute complete 3 wall balls
