Sup peeps! Alright, few things on the agenda today. First of all, the Alpha Hippo Beast Challenge Program (formerly the Mansformation) will be open for registration on Sunday evening. There will be only 10 spots and you will need to submit an application. This will not be for everyone. If you are serious about get results and getting lean, mean, and beastly in the next 6 weeks, then this will be for you. Since we're going to be working very closely with you guys on nutrition and training, there will only be room for dedicated people.

Calisthenics Workshop : April 26th, 2014

Next, our Bay Area calisthenics family will be holding another free workshop on April 26th, 2014. Come by and learn how to build relative strength. After mobility and stability, relative strength is the most important step in building health and performance. Here's our reverse pyramid of what we focus on (awesome stuff from Training for Warriors).
