Alright guys, you've been putting a lot of work into those deadlifts. Let's see the gains! Even over the last couple of weeks, I've seen a HUGE improvement in some of your deadlifts. I know you guys have been putting in the work and trying to improve and it's visible. We're super proud of the attention to detail and desire to continually make progress day in and day out. You guys are representing exactly what San Jose Barbell is all about.
We're also really excited at the work the Transformation Crew has already been putting in thus far. If you didn't make the Kickoff on Friday, come by and grab your welcome kit. There's some valuable info and some goodies in there for you guys. Our SJBB drawstrings are available in the Hippo Store if you didn't participate!
Update to our schedule. We will be closing after our 7 AM class during the weekdays and there will no longer be a 7:30 PM class on Fridays. Please make sure to adjust accordingly. A 6 AM and 3:30 PM class will be coming sometime in the near future.
