February 1st, 2014 New month! I hope you guys have been kicking butt so far. One month is already in the books. If you made a goal for yourself and it's still staring you undone, take a step RIGHT NOW towards completing it! The hardest part is getting the ball rolling. All the coaches are really proud of the effort and camaraderie you guys are putting into it! Keep it up, we have six weeks to go and we're just getting started!

The Transformation crew has been putting in work. They've been logging meals, planning and prepping food, doing conditioning and strength workouts!
