Walk through of body weight exercises and flow.
Movement exploration and partner games.
Hanging progressions
Basic Ring Exercises
Teaching the fundamentals of hand balancing and the HS.
How to train the HS and prepare the joints for the hand balancing.
Daniel Spencer will be leading this workshop. It will be $90 for this four hour hands on workshop.
