Squat focus! We're going to find a 5 rep max squat tomorrow so we can retest at the end of the month.
Build up to a moderate muscle clean. You will do 10 sets. Each set will be 10 reps. In between you will be doing assistance work. You can work skills as well. You should be building up to a weight that will get relatively heavy by the 10th set.
