We will spend some time going over goblet squats and floor presses.

Conditioning

We will be doing a Hurricane style workout consisting of the following movements:

Station 1

KB swing, med ball crunch, band resist high knee

Station 2

Push up with a knee cross, db bent row, prowler sprint

Station 3

db curl and press, med ball twist, farmer carry
