Vinh, Heymi, and Justin DOING WORK! AYYYOOOOO! The New Year has started and it's time to get down to business. In all honesty, we don't need to wait for the beginning of a new year to take care of business. You can make any day of the year the day where you make the change. But let's take the opportunity NOW and make this an EPIC year. Let's write down a few goals tonight and DO IT. If you come in to the gym tomorrow, bring in your list and share it with your class.

We have many big things planned this year. We're starting off with a bang with the 2014 Transformation Challenge. Competitors will have a shot at a grand prize of $1000! This will be a team competition consisting of 3 people. Registration fees for current SJBB members will be only $75. Nonmembers will have a registration fee of $248 (includes 2 months of membership, the registration fee, as well as On Ramp Introduction Class - a $450 value). We will be launching the competition on January 13, 2013. Head over to our Facebook page tomorrow to get the full details.

Our Monthly Focus for January is going to be....DEADLIFTS! I know we have a few members that will be pumped about that (ahem...ANDREW). We'll be testing our maxes on Monday and then retesting on February 1st.
