One of the things you'll hear us say again and again in the gym is to SIMPLIFY. You want to get stronger? Try to lift heavier weight over time. You want to lose weight? Eat healthy and don't go crazy about paleo, organic, gluten free. Be reasonable. Here's an awesome article by David Dellanave about why you're not getting stronger.

...the second partner will hold a wall squat

...rest 2 minutes...

5 rounds

While one partner completes:

7 primal crawls

7 BB rows

...the second partner will hold a plank

As soon as you finish the five rounds, you'll hit a 200 M sprint.
