Another month draws to a close. Did you make gainz on your goals? Or were you still making the same excuses you've always made? Are you in the exact same position you were 3 months ago when you told yourself you would make this year different. We all make excuses. Myself included. But there comes a point in your life where you can either look at yourself and make a change...or continue living your life in quiet desperation. There is no such thing as the perfect time to do something. It's right now. It's today.

There are a couple of things that have really lit a fire under me this year. People wonder how you can get up early, stay up late, work on several projects at once, have a family life and a healthy relationship. Not to mention finding time to work out and continue pursuing seemingly absurd and impossible fitness goals.

But not if you KNOW YOUR WHY. What are the reasons you do what you do???? What is that reason you can call on when the excuses come knocking at the door. When you feel tired in the morning and don't want to get out of bed. Knowing your WHY is soooo important because without it, everything is meaningless.

The second thing is this: the biggest enemy you have is yourself. No one else can stop you from doing anything. If you have defeated the enemy within, the enemy outside can do you no harm. Stop making excuses. Stop putting the blame on your boss, your family, your circumstances.

Retest 2 rep hang clean

Conditioning

10 down to 1 of burpees

1 up to 10 of kettlebell swings

So this will look like this...

10 burpees, 1 swing, 9 burpees, 2 swings, 8 burpees, 3 swings...etc.
