Hope all the SJBB Hippos had an awesome Memorial Day weekend. Big props to those of you who were able to come in and get your workouts done as well. Biofeedback Seminar with David Dellanave and Jen Sinkler

I've been using biofeedback since I had a chance to catch David at the Changing the Game conference in Vegas and it's something I think people need to really incorporate into their training. By using the biofeedback my body gives to dictate my training (even my warmups, sets, reps) I have been feeling better and better. If my body says this doesn't feel good, I don't do it. I'm feeling more and more fluid and powerful as I get better at listening to my body. Check out their blogs for more info.
