Today, I want to talk about something that I see often. Not only in the gym, but in other areas as well. We tend to over-complicate things. In fact, we LOOK for more complex solutions because how could simply lifting consistently and patiently day in and day out be the answer?? Two words guys...PATIENCE and CONSISTENCY. Let's all strive to eliminate rather than complicate. Get rid of the fluff and focus on the few things that will lead to success over time.
