Strength Workout 4/22/13

SJBBlogo2 copy Back it today. We are going to work a squat and a pull again today. For all movements, it's SUPER important that you don't lose tension at any point through the range of motion. When you lose that tension, you cannot transfer power through the bar efficiently. Take a deep breath, lock in that good positioning, and do work.

We are starting to see how many yoga classes we will be adding. This week, we will be offering free yoga classes. Just bring in your own yoga mat or a beach towel if you don't have a mat. Starting the following week, classes will be available for $10 per drop-in or $100 monthly unlimited. That will also include any other classes added in the near future (mma, judo, etc.) Here is the schedule for this week:

Monday 4/22 from 7 am to 8 am

Tuesday 4/23 from 8 am to 9 am

Thursday 4/25 from 7 am to 8 am

Friday 4/26 from 7 am to 8 am

Saturday 4/27 from 12 pm to 1 pm

Sunday 4/28 from 10 am to 11 am

Overhead squat 8x3

(if your mobility doesn't allow you to do overhead squats, work mobility and do back squats or front squats)

Weighted Pullups 5x5
